You’ve built a successful career.
You’ve worked hard. Become good at what you do. Earned the promotions, responsibility, recognition and income you spent years working toward.
And maybe you genuinely wanted all of it.
But lately, a question has started following you around:
Is this it?
Maybe you’re exhausted.
Maybe you don’t hate your career — you just don’t want it consuming so much of your life anymore.
Maybe you keep thinking about making a change, but when you ask yourself what you want instead, you don’t have an answer.
Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong.
Your life looks good on paper.
It just doesn’t feel as good as you thought it would.
And now you’re caught between two things you know:
I can’t keep doing this.
And:
I don’t know what I want instead.
That’s where our work begins.
You don’t need to become less ambitious.
You may not need to quit your job.
You may not need to change careers.
And you definitely don’t need someone else handing you another definition of what your life is supposed to look like.
What you need is the space to stop automatically pursuing what comes next and start asking a different question:
What do I actually want?
Not what makes sense on paper.
Not what someone at your level should want.
Not what you’ve worked too hard to walk away from.
Not what would impress everyone else.
What do you want your ambition to be for now?
That’s the work we’ll do together.
Keep the ambition. Question the assignment.
This is private 1:1 coaching for high-achieving women who have built successful careers but are starting to question whether the version of success they’ve been pursuing is still the one they want.
We’re not going to blow up your life for the sake of reinvention.
And I’m not going to tell you what your answer should be.
Instead, we’ll figure out what is actually no longer working, separate what you genuinely want from what you think you should want, define what success means to you now, and turn that clarity into choices you can make in your actual life.
Because the goal isn’t to exchange one prescribed version of success for another.
The goal is for you to become the person consciously choosing.
What changes through this work
You may come in saying:
“I know I don’t want this anymore, but I have no idea what I want instead.”
Our work is designed to move you toward being able to say:
I understand what isn’t working — and why.
I can distinguish what I genuinely want from what I’ve spent years believing I should want.
I know what matters to me now and what role I want work to play in my life.
I have my own criteria for making decisions about success, work and what comes next.
I know what I want to change, what I want to preserve and what I want to explore next.
Your answer might eventually involve a career change.
It might involve staying exactly where you are but changing how you work.
It might mean stronger boundaries, a different role, a new direction, or pursuing an opportunity you realize you genuinely do want.
There isn’t a predetermined destination.
There is a defined transformation:
From automatically pursuing success to consciously choosing what success means to you.
How we’ll get there
This isn’t an eight-step program where I hand you a workbook, tell you what your life should look like, and move you through the same sequence as everyone else.
Your life isn’t a formula.
But that doesn’t mean our work is unstructured.
We’ll continually work through four movements.
See what’s actually happening
We’ll get underneath “I’m burnt out,” “I’m unhappy,” or “something needs to change” and identify what is actually no longer working.
Because you can’t make an intentional decision about what comes next until you understand what you’re responding to now.
Separate the wants from the shoulds
We’ll start noticing the assumptions that have been directing your decisions.
What does someone at your level do next?
What are you supposed to want?
What have you been afraid it would mean about you if you stopped wanting it?
You’ll begin distinguishing expectation from genuine desire.
Define success for yourself
We’ll explore what you actually want your career and life to look like now.
What matters?
What does enough mean?
What are you unwilling to keep sacrificing for achievement?
Where do you want your considerable ambition and ability directed?
You’ll develop criteria that belong to you.
Turn clarity into choices
Then we bring it into your actual life.
Conversations.
Boundaries.
Opportunities.
Experiments.
Career decisions.
Changes you want to make now — and questions you still need to explore.
You don’t need to have your entire future figured out.
You need enough clarity to make the next choice intentionally.
This work happens in your real life — so that’s where I coach you.
Some of the most revealing moments aren’t going to happen conveniently during a scheduled 60-minute coaching call.
They’re going to happen on a Tuesday afternoon.
Your boss asks you to take something else on.
A recruiter contacts you.
You’re offered an opportunity you think you should be excited about.
You find yourself working late again after promising yourself you wouldn’t.
You start fantasizing about quitting — and can’t tell whether you want a different career or simply desperately need relief from this one.
Those moments matter.
So our coaching doesn’t have to wait until the next scheduled call.
Daily voice + text coaching
You’ll have access to me by voice and text Monday through Friday.
Bring me the questions, decisions, frustrations, realizations and real-life moments as they happen.
We can work with what’s actually occurring rather than trying to reconstruct it a week later.
This isn’t about becoming dependent on me for your decisions.
Quite the opposite.
We’re using your real life to strengthen your ability to hear yourself and make decisions you trust.
Weekly Clarity Review
Each week, I’ll step back and reflect what I’m seeing across our work.
The patterns that are emerging.
What you’re learning about yourself.
Where old expectations may still be directing your choices.
Where your clarity is growing.
And what deserves your attention next.
This keeps us connected to the larger transformation rather than simply solving whatever happened that week.
Monthly Laser Coaching
Sometimes something needs a live conversation.
Each month, you’ll have a 25-minute Laser Coaching Call available for one specific situation that would benefit from focused, real-time coaching.
A career opportunity.
A difficult conversation.
A decision.
A boundary.
A moment where you know there’s something underneath the obvious question and you want to get to it.
Bring the thing.
We’ll work the thing.
Monthly Progress Review
We’ll also deliberately look at the evidence that things are changing.
Not arbitrary KPIs.
Your progress will be visible through three markers:
Clarity. Choice. Direction.
Are you clearer about what isn’t working and why?
Can you more easily recognize the difference between what you want and what you think you should want?
Do you have criteria you trust for making decisions?
Are you making different choices because of what you’re learning?
This gives us a way to see the movement — even when your ultimate destination is still taking shape.
I know this place because I’ve lived it.
For 15 years, I built a successful corporate career in Big Pharma.
I worked hard. Got promoted. Won awards. Became a sales leader. Made good money.
And I want to be very clear about something:
I wanted those things.
I don’t look back at that chapter of my life and believe I got it wrong.
I was ambitious. I enjoyed achievement. I was proud of what I built.
But eventually, I started noticing something.
I’d reach the milestone I’d worked so hard for and almost immediately think:
Okay... now what?
Eventually that became a harder question:
Is this it?
There wasn’t a dramatic crisis.
My life looked good on paper.
I simply reached a point where I couldn’t keep choosing the same life solely because I had worked so hard to build it.
So I started asking questions I hadn’t seriously asked before.
What do I want?
What do I want my days to look like?
What role do I want work to play in my life?
What does success mean without automatically reaching for title, salary and achievement to define it?
I didn’t immediately have the answers.
Eventually, my answers led me to leave my corporate career, sell most of what I owned and move from Canada to Dubai with six suitcases and a one-way ticket.
But Dubai isn’t the point.
My answer isn’t your answer.
The point is that I stopped assuming the life I had built was the life I had to keep choosing.
And I’m still choosing.
Still learning.
Still changing my mind.
Because I’ve come to believe that success isn’t a definition we arrive at once.
We retain the right to redefine it.
This may be for you if…
You’ve done everything you were supposed to do — and you’re starting to wonder what you actually want.
You care about your career and don’t necessarily want to walk away from it, but you know your current relationship with work isn’t sustainable.
You’re successful on paper but increasingly dissatisfied in your actual life.
You keep thinking about making a change but get stuck when you try to figure out what the change should be.
You’ve become so accustomed to pursuing the next milestone that you’re not sure whether you still want what you’re working toward.
You know something needs to change — but you’re unwilling to blow up your life just to prove you’re changing it.
And underneath all of it:
You don’t want to become less ambitious.
You want to become more intentional about what all that ambition is actually for.
What if I could figure this out on my own?
You might.
You’re probably very capable of figuring things out.
That’s part of how you got here.
But this work isn’t valuable because you aren’t intelligent enough to ask yourself good questions.
It’s valuable because it’s difficult to see the assumptions directing your decisions while you’re still living inside them.
And if you’ve been asking yourself the same questions for months — or years — more thinking may not be the thing that changes them.
Our work gives you a place to see what you can’t easily see from inside your own patterns, test what you’re discovering in real life, and keep moving from insight into choice.
I won’t become another person telling you what you should want.
I will keep returning the question to the person whose life it actually is.
You.
What if I still don’t know what I want?
Then you’re in exactly the right place to begin.
You don’t need a five-year plan.
You don’t need to know whether you’re staying or leaving.
You don’t need the perfect vision for your next chapter.
You need somewhere to start.
And sometimes the first honest thing you know is simply:
“I don’t want to keep doing it like this.”
We can begin there.
Your career can matter deeply without costing you the rest of your life.
You’ve already proven you can achieve.
Maybe the question now isn’t whether you can reach the next level.
Maybe it’s whether the next level is one you actually want.
Keep the ambition.
Question the assignment.
And decide what success means to you now.
